Suggested Use 10X EAA

Take 1 scoop of 10X EAA + Electrolytes and mix with approximately 250ml to 450ml of ice-cold water. Vary the amount of water for your personal taste. 10X EAA may be taken any time of the day. We recommend taking it during your workout or immediately after. Also, consider taking 10X EAA as an alternative to sugary soft drinks and juices. A great-tasting EAA drink, packed full with electrolytes, for those looking to aid muscle recovery while keeping hydrated. Informed choice approved. Trusted by Pro Athletes.

Suggested Use 10X STIM

If you’re using 10X STIM for the first time, start by taking 1 scoop with approximately 200ml of ice-cold water (350ml of water for 2 scoops). Vary the amount of water to suit your personal taste.

Start slowly with 10X STIM to test your tolerance, as 1 full serving contains 400 mg of caffeine and this is enough to blow your socks off even if you’re a serious ‘stim junkie’. Take 10X STIM 15-30 mins before your workout. Do not take 5 hours before sleep. Not intended for use by persons under age 16. Do not exceed the recommended dose. NOT suitable for people sensitive to caffeine or children. Get the consent of a licensed physician before using this product, especially if you are taking medication, have a medical condition, you are pregnant, nursing, or thinking about getting pregnant. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Suggested Use 10X PUMP

Take 1 scoop of 10X Pump with approximately 200ml of ice-cold water (350ml of water for 2 scoops). Vary the amount of water to suit your personal taste. For best results, take 10X PUMP 15-30 mins before your workout. Although 10X PUMP is caffeine free, we don’t recommend you take this pre-workout before sleep, as you may experience the tingling sensation (paraesthesia) from the 3.2g of beta alanine per serving. Not intended for use by persons under age 16. Do not exceed the recommended dose. NOT suitable for people sensitive to pre-workouts or children. Get the consent of a licensed physician before using this product, especially if you are taking medication, have a medical condition, you are pregnant, nursing, or thinking about getting pregnant. Suitable for vegetarians.
