At 10X Athletic, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — quickly and professionally.
30-Day Returns
We operate a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused
- In the same condition as received
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please email info@10xathletic.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be authorised before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety and regulatory reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (including consumable supplements once opened)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable goods
- Gift cards
- Selected health and personal care items
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@10xathletic.com, including photographs where possible. We will prioritise resolving the issue swiftly, including replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing typically occurs within 5–10 working days
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the funds
If you have not received your refund after allowing sufficient time, please:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your card provider
- Contact your bank

Sale Items
Sale or promotional items may only be refunded if faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you require a replacement, please contact us at info@10xathletic.com.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked service for items over £75
10X Athletic cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
